Title: Ingesting data in Wikidata
This tutorial will introduce the Source MetaData tools for creating and editing Wikidata items about journal articles before moving on to demonstrate how OpenRefine can be used to add an affiliation statement to the authors created by SourceMD. The OpenRefine tutorial has four parts:
- Import and clean data
- Extend data
- Uploading to Wikidata.
Please install OpenRefine 3.0 or later if you want to try the workflow demonstrated during this tutorial. It is free to download from: http://openrefine.org/download.html.
