Online FAQs

[edit]
  • Can I do audio tests?
Yes! You can do audio tests in this Test Room, anytime:
    Test Room: https://nextcloud.wikimedia.ch/apps/bbb/b/afHbTkxCrFoiLFWG
  • Cannot pick microphone. What to do?
    • Click that big-blue-button with the icon of headphones (in the bottom of the screen). Join with a microphone, so you can speak.
  • Cannot pick microphone I said. What to do?
Probably your browser web does not want to allow to share your microphone. Or, probably you clicked "No" for some reasons. Easy workaround: use a different browser web (or a more reliable browser web). For example, install Mozilla Firefox, or Chromium, instead of Google Chrome.
