- Abstract (in about 300 words)
The recent #netneutrality debate and the upcoming Geospatial Information Regulation Bill indicate the the climate for Digital India is changing. How will the Wikimedia movement and the community be impacted? What can we expect and how can we counter these changes? What will be the role and stand of Wikimedia Foundation? This panel discussion will engage the participants with a Q & A session at the end.
