Hello, Wonderful Wikimedian! Thank you for landing on this page. The program team is currently working on the selection of programs from the submissions received. The timeline for the decision on program submissions will be soon published on conference program. For now, we are happy to share a generic schedule around the days of the conference.

27 April 2023 (Thursday): Arrival day/Check-in and Opening Dinner

  • Participants will arrive one day before the conference begins at the hotel and gather for the opening dinner on the premises.

28 April 2023 (Friday): Opening Speeches and Day-1 of the Conference begin

  • The first day of the conference will begin with a short opening speech.

29 April 2023 (Saturday): Day-2 of the Conference commences and social night dinner

  • The conference will continue for the second day followed by a social night dinner to interact with attendees of the conference.

30 April 2023 (Sunday): The final day for the conference along with Picture time

  • The conference finally ends on the third day of the conference with a group photo.

1 May 2023 (Monday): Checkout/departure

  • Participants will check out of the hotel and depart to their respective destinations.
