WikiConference India 2026/Registration

All individuals attending WikiConference India 2026 must complete the registration process in order to participate in the conference.

Conference participation is subject to successful registration and confirmation by the organizing team.
Participants are expected to comply with all conference policies, including the Friendly Space Policy and other event guidelines.
Participants are encouraged to regularly check conference communications for the latest information.

Registration

Registration helps the organizing team coordinate travel, venue arrangements, meals, event materials and other conference logistics. Only registered participants will be permitted to attend conference sessions and activities

Registration Categories

WikiConference India 2026 welcomes participants through different registration categories. The registration process and requirements may vary depending on the category under which a participant is attending.

Scholarship Participants

Scholarship participants are attendees whose travel, accommodation and conference-related expenses are supported through the WikiConference India 2026 Scholarship Program.

Selected scholarship recipients will receive an email from the organizing team containing:

Travel and accommodation information
Additional conference-related requirements

Scholarship recipients must complete their registration within the specified timeframe to confirm their participation. Failure to register before the deadline may result in the scholarship being reallocated to another applicant.

Self-funded Participants

Self-funded participants are attendees who will independently cover their travel, accommodation and other expenses associated with attending the conference.

Registration for self-funded participants is now open. Interested individuals will be able to submit a Request for Invitation through the designated registration process.

All requests will be reviewed by the organizing team to ensure that participation aligns with the conference's goals, capacity and T&S policy. Following the review process, approved applicants will receive a confirmation email containing registration instructions and further details regarding participation.

Invited Guests

Invited guests include representatives of partner organizations, institutions, speakers, movement affiliates and other individuals invited directly by the organizing team.

Invited guests will receive registration information and participation details directly from the organizing team. They are also required to complete the registration process to confirm their attendance.
