How to engage volunteers to different Wikimedia Projects?!

Abstract

Since the beginning of Wikipedia, The Wikipedian community has faced many challenges to creating new materials, engaging new editors, reaching professionals from different countries and collaborating with different people to build a free knowledge that roughly serves everyone on the planet.

Here, Am focusing on how to engage new editors, learn them and make them more professional on different wiki projects.

My proposal is on building a new model for networking and learning wiki skills through the professionals and making the new editors more clever with techniques that create new materials on different wiki-projects.

Expected Outcome

1. To share and exchange a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with different Wikimedia projects in general and in the African region specifically.
2. To Find' tools of management and solving technical and managerial problems.
3. To Enhance our communication capabilities in such problems and make benefits for all parties.
4. To Use clever techniques of creating new materials for different Wikimedia projects.
