English: In Algeria, everything is free: knowledge and education are free, the educational books are free, the medical cares is free, the highways are free, the food and gasoil are cheap and more are subventioned...
In such a situation, how to explain the real value and usefulness of Wikipedia when knowledge is already free? what is the other path to follow to target the goal and collect the hidden knowledge? We will explain this through a practical example.

Dans une telle situation, comment expliquer la valeur réelle et l'utilité de Wikipédia alors que tout est déjà gratuit? et quel autre chemin doit-on suivre pour cibler l'objectif et recueillir les connaissances cachées? On va expliquer ceci à partir d'un exemple pratique.
