To strengthen the Wiki Loves Birds India 2025 campaign, the Wiki Loves Birds - Assam Chapter organized a birdwalk in Assam on 29th and 30th December 2025, covering grassland, wetland, and hide habitats. The birdwalk began on 29th December at the Subansiri Grassland, Dhemaji District, continued at Dulung Hide, Dulung Reserve Forest, Lakhimpur District and concluded on 30th December at Maguri Beel in Tinsukia District. During the walks, a total of 32 different bird species were recorded across the sites.
