We should consider two kinds of Wikibase hostings:
- a wb.c like service based on WBStack (Q120180314), for users with lesser needs of software features, but with SLA and conditions required in academy and acquired commitments due to EC funding, for example, not available at current wb.c.
- individual hosting of WBS compositions, for users with bigger needs of customization and/or total control of the platform.
So, the list of technical requirements should be organized attending both cases and obviously they can differ in practicalities.
Note: the contents here are being migrated to a structured requirements management table.
