During the conflict of over budget in 2014 this time we have a target to enable everybody to participate in Dar es Salaam, its an opportunity for us and Wikimedian community regardless of youngest in wikis projects. we have potential sponsors in our country, they shown interest of sponsoring the event . The Wikimania conference guided by rules out of that as African we can even offer meal and accommodation to all participants but we obey the principles.
