WANZ is an Incorporated Society in New Zealand, registered on 7 April 2022.[1].

The constitution of WANZ is filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies. Note: this constitution was prepared to meet the requirements of New Zealand law, and in particular, the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The drafting of the constitution was undertaken using the constitution builder tool published by the New Zealand Companies Office.
