Struck the above As I understand we had already covered the legal and decided (via Wikimediaau-l) in starting up in Melbourne and this meeting was to finalise the constitution. So we can get the necessary approvals from the Foundation and lodge the paperwork.

I didn't believe it had been decided outside of Victoria that Melbourne would be the "start-up" location. While it makes sense it should of been set in stone by all potential members.
