Bangla WikiMoitree is an international network focused on Bengali culture and heritage, facilitating thematic-linguistic coordination and collaboration among the Bengali-speaking Wikimedia community, affiliates, and informal groups. This community-driven initiative aims to unite Wikimedia volunteers, fostering collaborative efforts within the Bangla-speaking Wikimedia ecosystem. The initiative is dedicated to strengthening connections among Wikimedians, promoting knowledge sharing, and empowering contributors across the region. Formed jointly by Wikimedia Bangladesh and the West Bengal Wikimedians User Group in 2023, Bangla WikiMoitree seeks to enhance collective impact within the Wikimedia movement.
