In the first semester of 2025, Calilu participants worked on the collaborative creation of Organize! A Brief Guide to Organizing Initiatives in the Wikimedia Movement,[1] a resource aimed at supporting new organizers across the Wikimedia ecosystem. Developed within the framework of Calilu, a peer collaboration network, the brochure emerged from a participatory process that included open workshops, thematic discussions, and multiple collaborative writing sessions. This initiative was grounded in community-identified needs and sought to empower volunteers by providing accessible, experience-based guidance for organizing Wikimedia-related activities.

The process involved two workshops[2][3] and one open discussion session[4], reaching a total of 32 participants, along with six collaborative writing meetings that engaged 30 individuals. The diversity of voices contributed to a guide that reflects real-world challenges and motivations, enhancing its relevance and utility. Aligned with WMB's strategic objective of supporting voluntary community initiatives, this effort exemplifies a bottom-up approach to resource development and capacity building within the Movement.
