2023 Studying Barriers of Smaller Communities Understanding the barriers faced by smaller Wikimedia communities in Central and Eastern Europe and identifying ways to improve engagement and collaboration based on their specific contexts, needs, and realities, carried out with a participatory approach focused on capacity development and social learning. 2023 Community Mapping and Data Mapping active Wikimedia CEE community members across language communities and projects, including the development of a tracking table for key activity metrics and the collection and input of relevant data for 2022 and 2023. READ HERE
2021 CEE Needs Research Results of 21 semi-structured interviews and a survey conducted across Wikimedia communities and affiliates in Central and Eastern Europe to identify their needs, local contexts, and opportunities for support, cooperation, and growth, with all data collected and published in a confidential and anonymised form.
