[edit]- What is the main goal of your project?
- The main goal of this project is to document the cultural heritage and history of Cyprus by visiting museums across the region, photographing their collections, and creating or enriching Wikipedia articles about them. Through this effort, we aim to improve open access to reliable information ensuring that the rich history and cultural identity preserved in Cyprus museums become more visible and accessible to a global audience.
- Describe which activities you plan to implement
- We aim to visit 23 museums across 6 different cities. Within a period of two months, we will organize a total of 6 field trips with a team of 5 people. We have prepared a 6 day program for the museums we will visit. The exact dates will be determined later. The team consists of individuals who are interested in museums and have at least some prior knowledge of Wikimedia projects. We will also make use of 3 professional cameras to ensure high-quality photographic documentation.

- Ilo04: A teacher and project coordinator, interested in and familiar with museums. Has some prior knowledge of Wikipedia.
- Biologg: An experienced Wikimedian. Will coordinate Wikimedia-related tasks in the project and train other members on Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons.
- Ddovah: A teacher and photographer, with prior knowledge of Wikimedia projects.
