Wikimedia CEE Hub/Youth Group/Yerevan Meeting 2025
The Yerevan Meeting 2025 is the third in-person meeting of the members of the Youth Group, hosted by Wikimedia Armenia from 21 to 23 of November 2025 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Following the Prague Meeting 2024 and Prague Meeting 2023, the Yerevan Meeting continues the tradition of bringing together young Wikimedians from the Central and Eastern Europe region and Central Asia. The focus of the meeting is to develop leadership skills among young Wikimedians, strengthen collaboration and team cohesion, and discuss the Year 4 action plan of the CEE Youth Group.
The Wikimedia CEE Hub coordinated the participants selection process in consultation with Wikimedia Armenia. The selection included the most active members of the CEE Youth Group, as well as a group of young Wikimedians from Armenia and guests who are proactive and visible in the global Wikimedia Movement.
Selected participants were offered scholarships to attend the event and contribute to the meeting’s activities and discussions.

Background
[edit]The CEE Youth Group is an initiative of the CEE Hub to informally connect young Wikimedians (under 30 years old) from the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. It was established in May 2023 to create a collaborative space for sharing experiences, supporting local initiatives, and building leadership skills among young contributors to the Wikimedia movement.
