Wikimedia CEE Hub Steering Committee Election 2026
The Wikimedia CEE Hub Steering Committee Election 2026 is the process to select members of the Steering Committee for the upcoming term.
In this election, 8 members are elected to the Steering Committee: 4 through voting by the Wikimedia CEE Hub community (3-year terms) and 4 through voting by Wikimedia CEE affiliates (2-year terms). The elected members will contribute to the governance, strategic direction, and oversight of the Wikimedia CEE Hub.
The election process is conducted in accordance with the Wikimedia CEE Hub Internal Governance.
The nominations period runs from 15 April – 18 June 2026 (Anywhere on Earth). Voting takes place from 25 June – 20 July 2026 (Anywhere on Earth). The final results are expected to be formally acknowledged on 5 August 2026 and publicly announced on 10 August 2026.
