Sponsoring chapters (WMPL and WMRS) will fund they own participants in the first place. WMPL has already approved travel cost of its 6 participants as well as travel for participants outside of Poland.

Probably WMRS can do the same - obtain funding for its own participants plus few guests maybe. Probably both organizations can help out with some money to cover the rest of the cash needed.
