Summary

This will be a story with most essential points about one year process how we work with local wikimedians, create new relationships, accumulate resources, made decisions and became more open and inclusive community.

Expected outcomes

I want to share the most challenging moments and after discuss with WCEE community several common points which we can overcome in next organizational circle next time more smoothly.

It is excellent 30 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for discussion.
