Summary
[edit]We are going to present two different attitudes towards unregistered users (IP users). Some Polish Wikipedians think that they should not be allowed to edit articles, because they are vandals or troublemakers. On the other hand some Wikipedians consider the possibility that without new users (starting usually as IP users) Wikipedia will not have new editors at all.
