Summary[edit]
This lecture will present the concrete experiences of the Wikimedia community of the Republic of Srpska regarding the constitution and development of the community. What does it look like to start from scratch? What needs to be done to form, and later, naturally develop the community? What should be considered? This presentation will show the development of our community, which, faced with various challenges, has grown into a harmonious community.
Expected outcomes[edit]
Introduction of the present to the specific challenges that need to be overcome during the process of forming and constituting the community (how to gather members, how to implement the first projects, how to establish cooperation with appropriate institutions and organizations at the local level, how to keep documentation, how to expand the community, etc.).
