Abstract (up to 100 words)

According to Jimmy Wales, the motivation behind Wikipedia is to "imagine a world in which every single person on the planet is given free access to the sum of all human knowledge." I think this extends beyond English language learners to include readers of all other languages into which Wikipedia articles have been translated. Learners who do not speak English should have access to information in a language that is both comfortable and simple for them to learn. There should be local entries in the current Wiki local languages that focus on the 17 SDGs by indigenous editors.

How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of Central and Eastern Europe?

Localisation of SDGs topics, it actualisation and progress through agencies and people in local languages.

Special requirements
