Abstract: The "Preventing Conflicts in Polish Wikipedia" project, implemented by Wikimedia Polska from February to November 2023, serves as an inspiring model for community conflict management. Through workshops, training sessions, and community gatherings, the project significantly reduced stress and conflicts, fostering a more cohesive editor community. By emphasizing open communication, mediator training, and the development of soft skills, the project aligned with the Wikimedia Movement Strategy to ensure safety and inclusion. The speaker presenting this project will show the audience these successful strategies and offer actionable insights on creating a supportive and collaborative environment in their own communities.
