| Abstract:
Appreciating each other creates a positive working atmosphere and starts cycles of positive feedback loops that will elevate self confidence and even skills levels of those involved. In this workshop, we will talk about the key moments in any relationship and in each meeting where appreciation can happen. I will also detail the different ways appreciation can be shown and what kind of appreciation works best in which context and we will experiment with showing appreciation to each other in the room. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
In many countries in Central and Eastern Europe, there is a culture of not showing appreciation openly. Giving praise is often frowned upon. And yet appreciation is central for good cooperations, which are at the core of our joint efforts to create educational content. Better cooperation skills will lead to better Community Health, more successful partnerships and in the end better content across projects | |||
