| Abstract:
This roundtable creates space for an honest exchange among CEE Wikimedians about the progress and limits of our efforts to close gender and content gaps. Are our campaigns actually empowering contributors, or simply filling numbers? How does linguistic diversity intersect with visibility for women and marginalized communities across the region? Participants will share practices, frustrations, and opportunities from their local contexts and explore how we can move from visibility to real impact. |
