Abstract: For the past two years, the CEE Hub steering committee and staff have used the regional CEE meeting as a platform to gather feedback on the upcoming year’s hub grant proposal. During the session, the Hub’s work is organized into work packages (pillars). Each work package includes: a) a presentation of current activities and outcomes and b) a proposal for the following year Participants rotate between the different work package groups, where they can learn about each area of work, provide feedback and suggest improvements or changes. Current Work Packages 1. Administration 2. Programmatic Activities 3. Communications 4. CEE Youth Group 5. Governance 6. Micro-Grants 7. Community Building Evaluation 8. How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
