| Abstract:
Wikivoyage – the free travel guide – is one of Wikimedia’s lesser-known projects. Beginner friendly and less formal, it focuses on practical information, and blends travel, socialization and contributing to free knowledge. At WoALUG, we combine it with cross-border meetups among our members and outreach to new, local communities introducing them to Wikimedia projects. |
