| Abstract:
With active editor numbers declining, Wikimedia’s Contributor Strategy aims to create a clearer, more engaging path for participation for both newcomers and established users. In this session, after a presentation of the features created and maintained by the Editing, Growth, Moderator Tools, and Connection (ex-Campaigns) teams, we will think together on how to streamline contributor experiences, offer structured and mobile-friendly workflows, and foster meaningful engagement. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
All communities suffer from user engagement decline. Newcomers don't stay on wiki while established editors struggle with multiple workflows. The Wikimedia Foundation offers several features and workflows that can help communities to address these challenges: do you know all of them? We also plan to improve these features and offer new ones: how would the CEE specific needs feed the Contributors teams work? | |||
