| Abstract:
"When a new user is not new anymore on Wikipedia" invites reflection on both technical and community aspects of being part of the Wikipedia editing world. But the transition from "new" to "not new" user isn't just about time — it’s about growth. Usually, a user becomes "not new" when they can contribute meaningfully without close supervision. We all know the numbers: number of edits, number of days or months as definition states, but community perception goes beyond numbers many times. |
