- Wikimedia Polska drew up a BSC strategic plan two years ago, part of which is academic research support. This research also helps build a more knowledge-based organizational drive. The session will showcase the ongoing research and plot future developments in this area.

- Communities will see how doing quantitative research may help drive their organisations and Wikimedia projects towards greater productivity, especially in the area of writing contests.
