Wikipedia Day 2026 – The stage is yours-Party and General Assembly
[edit]Join us on Saturday, 30 May for Wikipedia Day 2026! We’ll be celebrating 25 years of Wikipedia and 20 years of Wikimedia CH. Prepare for a day full of inspiration, insight, reflection and celebration. Enjoy networking and engaging discussions in the vibrant setting of Schwellenmätteli in Bern.
For those who wish to attend the AGM and the party, a registration page is available on Eventbrite. For the Wiki-Jam, please add yourself to the Wiki-Jam Registration. Wikimedia CH members can find additional information on our Membership Space – ‘Become a member’.

15:30 – Welcome of General Assembly participants and coffee & cake get-together
16:00 – 17:15 – General Assembly
17:30 – 19:00 – Review of the history of Wikimedia CH, status quo and outlook for the coming years
19:30 – Start of the dinner buffet
20:00 – 23:30 – Wiki-Jam with Ivonne Gonzalez and band followed by a DJ set. You want to join the Jam? Please add yourself to the Wiki-Jam Registration.
23:30 – End of the event
