Minutes of meeting

• The exhibition setup was done on 14 of June 2025 at 8 PM to 10 PM, at level 4 SICC, across Sipadan 3 Hall.
• The exhibition day started at 9 AM on June 15, 2025, and all Wikimedians gathered at 8 AM for final check and setup of the WCUGM’s booth.
  • We have 5 Wikimedians who attended the event physically.
  • We focused on promoting the Wikimedia movement activities in the morning session of the exhibition.
  • In the evening session of the exhibition, we attended the awarding ceremony. We had a close-up conversation to introduce and promote the Wikimedia movement activities with attendees of the event.
• The whole event ended at 10:30 PM.
