Capacity development

Goal: Strengthen Network community's collective ability to act, advocate, and sustain impact across the region.

1. Strengthen individual and organisational capacities across the Network through training opportunities and shared learning resources.
2. Establish shared reference points for capacity needs and development over time through regular community check-ins, reflection, and evaluation.
3. Provide reusable resources that support local action and efficiency, including practical guidance for advocacy work and long-term organisational development.
