Capacity development
[edit]Goal: Strengthen Network community's collective ability to act, advocate, and sustain impact across the region.
- Strengthen individual and organisational capacities across the Network through training opportunities and shared learning resources.
- Establish shared reference points for capacity needs and development over time through regular community check-ins, reflection, and evaluation.
- Provide reusable resources that support local action and efficiency, including practical guidance for advocacy work and long-term organisational development.
