Fondation Wikimedia/Directrice générale/Le tour du monde des pièces de puzzles
Le conseil d'administration de la Fondation Wikimedia a nommé Bernadette Meehan au poste de nouvelle directrice générale de la Fondation Wikimedia. Elle prendra officiellement ses fonctions le 20 janvier 2026. L'actuelle directrice générale, Maryana Iskander, restera en poste jusqu'à cette date afin d'assurer une transition en douceur.
She met with over 1100 Wikimedians in the following 6 months.
Questions de Bernadette
À partir du 20 janvier, elle se rendra à une rencontre près de chez vous aux quatre coins du monde, en ligne et en présentiel, avec les communautés Wiki, le personnel de la Fondation et d'autres parties prenantes.
Dans son introduction, elle a déclaré

- Qu'est-ce qui vous a amené à rejoindre ce mouvement ?
- Comment rester dans la course au cours des 25 prochaines années ?
- Quelles sont les trois ressources Wiki que je devrais consulter en premier ?
C'est vous qui connaissez le mieux vos communautés, et vos conseils me guideront dans la suite de mon parcours.
Il y a vingt-cinq ans, Wikipédia n'était qu'un rêve. Aujourd'hui, c'est le pilier du savoir sur Internet. Autonomisation. Opportunité. Collaboration. Consensus. Espoir.
