| How does the affiliate make decisions? How are decisions communicated? | The Board leads creation of Strategic plans, Annual plans and Annual budgets and the General Assembly approves them. The Board leads implementation of the Strategic plans and Annual plans within the limits of the Annual budgets, eventually changes Annual plans and / or Annual budgets. Depending on the type and severity of decision, it may stay at the work team, organ, or be communicated privately to members, or publicly using our Telegram group, mailinglists, website, social media and Wikimedia project Village Pumps. | |

Link to the latest financial report, if there is one. | Most of the finances comes from grants from Erasmus+ from the European Commision (around 10 000 EUR yearly). These funds are used to implement the Erasmus+ project. Additional around 250 EUR comes from member fees and national fundraising campaign. These funds are used to sustain our infrastructure, administration, travel, education etc. | |
