| What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? | The Paiwan Wikimedians User Group currently has a total of 12 members, including 3 women and 9 men. Additionally, among the 17 individuals who have expressed interest in participating in activities, 11 are women and 6 are men. | |
| How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate? | This user group continues to actively invite both male and female elders to participate in activities, gathering opinions and linguistic data from both genders. During meetings, the group also ensures that all members have the right to speak and are respected in the discussion process. | |

| How does the affiliate leadership ensure, enforce, and evaluate compliance with the Universal Code of Conduct obligations? | Currently, no evaluation regarding the implementation of the Universal Code of Conduct has been carried out. However, since the establishment of this user group, there have been no incidents of violations of the code. In the future, we plan to incorporate the code into the group's website and translate the content for members to reference and continue adhering to. | |
