| How does the affiliate make decisions? How are decisions communicated? | Telugu Wikimedians User group is a collaborative group of people who work to support the community. Most of the decision-making happens through consensus-building on an on-wiki dedicated discussion forum. | |

Budgets of the various projects supported by WMF can be seen here: Telugu Wikipedia's 21st Anniversary: Fostering Growth and Capacity Building and Outreach Campaign at Hyderabad National Book Fair – 2024–25. Both of these projects are yet to be completed, and finance reports will be submitted there. | |

Please share the highlights. | Members organised various events and activities, including a Wikipedia Stall at the Hyderabad National Book fair 2024, Telugu Wikipedia's anniversary and strategic meet, successfully completed 26 editions of our weekly sessions called Tewiki badi (Tewiki school), Wiki Loves Vizag & other commons outreach events, Suravaram Pratapareddy books and Granthalaya Sarvasvam digitization. | Is there any kind of succession plan for the affiliate leadership? | As a policy, Telugu Wikimedians user group makes an effort to hand over responsibilities performed by a leader to the next year on year. For example, we tried to support new leaders to pick up our anniversary event and not retain the same organisers from 2024. | |
| Are there any trainings that affiliate leadership undergo before they assume their leadership position? | Telugu Wikimedians User Group's Anniversary called "Tewiki Pandga" is serving as a leadership building and strategic conversations' space. We had full-length sessions to discuss community issues, successes, encourage one another with recognition and invest in necessary leadership skills. In addition to this, some of our members participate in CIS's annual leadership training event, "Train-the-trainer". | |

| What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? | The Affiliate need to be more diverse in terms of gender participation. It is one of the major goals of the community. Currently, around 18-20% of members are women. | |

Most of the discussions ended with at least one Woman Wikimedian contributing to it. We hope to improve this further. | |
