	Is there any kind of succession plan for the affiliate leadership?	Dans les statut et règlement intérieur du groupe, il y'a une processus de succession pour chaque poste
	Are there any trainings that affiliate leadership undergo before they assume their leadership position?	Non, il n'y a pas de programme spécifique pour ça, mais souvent les membres sont des utilisateurs ou membres du groupe sur la durée et connaissent le fonctionnement minimum du groupe.

	How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate?	La diversité des sexes est encouragée par une représentation féminine actuelle de 40% de femmes. Et cela se traduit par une volonté non officielle de privilégier une mixité entre le président qui soit suivi d'une présidente (vice versa) et les postes qui soient doublés de membres mixtes.
