Partnership building: Established collaborations with institutions such as Alliance Française, Global voices and universities. Communication and outreach: Skilled in writing reports, public speaking, and managing social media. Multilingual capacity: Fluent in Malagasy and French, with working knowledge of English for international coordination. | |

This process is governed by internal regulations adopted by the community, ensuring leadership renewal, transparency, and continuity. Today, the community continues to be predominantly composed of women.
