Goal delivery
What is the affiliate mission? The group's focus includes work on all topics related to sustainable development, including in particular the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (also known as the Global Goals). The user group is a cross-project, cross-language and transnational group that welcomes and supports contributions to all Wikimedia projects. We aim to partner with organizations that are actively working towards a world with sustainable development whether they are NGO's, academic institutions, public bodies of different levels or even perhaps companies in order to create, collect and curate knowledge.
What are the affiliate goals? Link to the strategic plan, if there is one. For 2024, the user group had no goals. During the year, goals for 2025 and a strategy were developed.
Organizational development
How does the affiliate make decisions? How are decisions communicated? Decisions are usually made in the monthly user group meetings. Minutes are saved on wiki, and shared in the Telegram group and on social media.
What is the current state of the affiliate finances? Link to the latest financial report, if there is one. The user group has no budget nor money and haven't had any since it was founded.

How many people participate in the decision-making process in the affiliate? 13
Has there been any significant changes in the level of the affiliate membership body (e.g. increase/decrease of number of dues-paying members)? No significant changes, organic growth with 34 (non-paying) members to a total of 247.

Leadership and inclusion
Diverse, skilled, and accountable leadership
What kind of skills does the affiliate leadership possess? Experience from leading a Wikimedia chapter, both as chairman and CEO.
Is there any kind of succession plan for the affiliate leadership? Not yet.
Are there any trainings that affiliate leadership undergo before they assume their leadership position? Not yet.
Are there any requirements for affiliate leadership to disclose their conflict(s) of interests? No requirements, but they do so voluntarily.
Diversity balance (especially gender)
What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? We don't have any metrics for the members. The leadership is, unfortunately, not very diverse.
How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate? No specific strategy yet.
Universal Code of Conduct compliance
How does the affiliate leadership ensure, enforce, and evaluate compliance with the Universal Code of Conduct obligations? All meetings were held on Jitsi, using Etherpad to take notes. In both places, the universal code of conduct was announced to apply to the meeting. No complaints have been received.
