What kind of skills does the affiliate leadership possess? | They are some of the oldest Wikipedia users from Ecuador, they have extensive experience in the Wiki movement and have traveled to numerous international Wikimedia events. | |

What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? | Around 80% of the members of the team are male and 20% are female. We have multiple LGBT+ members and one of them is part of the current leadership of the user group. | |
How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate? | We emphasize the necessity that events that have as goal closing the gender gap in content should be led by our female members, although it is not always possible. | |

Besides that, we stay in contact and have participated in events with different regional affiliates in Latin America. We have also participated with affinity user groups, like Wikimedia LGBT+. |
