What is the affiliate mission? The User Group focus is to support the Wikisource community in international communication tasks, outreach to external groups, coordination of software tools development, and facilitate fundraising according to its member needs.

Organizational development
How does the affiliate make decisions? How are decisions communicated? The process is mostly informal, there is no board yet (it's in discussion) and each case and request is dealt specifically.
What is the current state of the affiliate finances? Link to the latest financial report, if there is one. N/A
Affiliate health and resilience
How many people participate in the decision-making process in the affiliate? N/A (at least the 2 primary and secondary contacts)
Has there been any significant changes in the level of the affiliate membership body (e.g. increase/decrease of number of dues-paying members)? We don't really have a member list with clear criteria. We use Wikisource_Community_User_Group#Interested_users who went from 137 to 157 people.

Diversity balance (especially gender)
What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? The primary contact is an European man, the secondary contact is an Arabic woman.
How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate? N/A
Universal Code of Conduct compliance
How does the affiliate leadership ensure, enforce, and evaluate compliance with the Universal Code of Conduct obligations? The UCoC is reminded during meetings.

Community connection
How many affiliate members are active contributors to the Wikimedia projects? Hard to measure, around 50 persons are active in the broad sense.
How many affiliate members are not active contributors to the Wikimedia projects? Again, we don't measure that. Also a lot of persons are "hidden", they are active directly on Wikisource and self-listed themselves as members but don't report anything to the group (we don't know if they don't do anything or just forgot to report).
How many affiliate members are active organizers (of projects, events, conferences, initiatives, etc) within the Wikimedia movement? Around 10.
How many people have participated in affiliate projects, events, conferences, and/or initiatives in the past year? 10 to 20 members joined the online monthly meetings. Around the same numbers (not always the same persons) are active on Meta, Telegram, social media, etc.
