| How does the affiliate make decisions? How are decisions communicated? | We have utilised the consensus model until now to make our decisions, where a majority vote is required to reach a decision. We also include the leads of our Wiki Clubs in the decision making process. We facilitate discussions through our private internal chat groups and communicate updates via these channels and our regular Progress Prism Calls. | |

| Has there been any significant changes in the level of the affiliate membership body (e.g. increase/decrease of number of dues-paying members)? | We have seen a brief decrease in overal generic membership as recorded in 2024 in terms of active contributions to Wikimedia projects. We currently have 45+ active members across projects, while our Wiki Clubs maintain their membership records differently. | |

Please share the highlights. | Our members have curated significant initiatives and programs throughout the year. These include Wiki Clicks programs by Wiki Club AMU and Wiki Club Jamia, while programs like GLAM IIT Delhi and Wiki4Disarmament created and led by Alnitak-Alnilam-Mintaka and Raydann. Additionally, CosmicCodex and Raydann lead our Youth Focus Group. | |

| Is there any kind of succession plan for the affiliate leadership? | Timely Board Elections. Our residential leadership program, "Train-a-Wikipedian" is pivotal in helping us train and mentor contributors who will lead the community in the coming days. | |

Participants are made aware of the Friendly Policy and UCoC obligations that regulate our spaces. We have dedicated Trust and Safety support available at our events ensuring participants are reminded of their UCoC obligations in a timely manner and provided support when needed. | |
