| What is the affiliate mission? | Our mission is to give voice to the knowledge of women from Global South communities and to promote digital decolonization, in order to achieve a more equitable representation of human knowledge that includes women’s perspectives—knowledge that has long been made invisible. | |

| How many people participate in the decision-making process in the affiliate? | The Council is made up of 15 women volunteers who come from Argentina, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela but all members are invited to our virtual meetings and can have their say and make proposals. | |
