Goal delivery
What is the affiliate mission? Build an equitable and inclusive digital knowledge by empowering communities to close the gender gap across Wikimedia projects.
What are the affiliate goals? Link to the strategic plan, if there is one. Identify and fill gaps in the representation of women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and non-binary people across Wikimedia projects (Wikipedia, Wikiquote, Wikidata, etc.) and in all fields of knowledge

Is there any kind of succession plan for the affiliate leadership? Electoral regulation.
Are there any trainings that affiliate leadership undergo before they assume their leadership position? Not yet
Are there any requirements for affiliate leadership to disclose their conflict(s) of interests? Informal. Regulamentation draft.
Diversity balance (especially gender)
What is the diversity level of the affiliate leadership and membership body? Almost 80% of our members are women.
How is the affiliate leadership encouraging gender diversity in the decision-making process(es) of the affiliate? All our Board members are women.
Universal Code of Conduct compliance
How does the affiliate leadership ensure, enforce, and evaluate compliance with the Universal Code of Conduct obligations? Code of Conduct since 2017. The universal code of conduct is announced to apply during the meetings. No complaints received. Policy for a friendly and inclusive space with additional (minors security section).
