2017年維基媒體基金會選舉

2017年維基媒體基金會的選舉在四月–六月舉行。維基媒體社群的成員將有機會選任董事會、資金提撥委員會、資金提撥委員會申訴專員的成員。

过程

選舉將會使用套件SecurePoll進行，以維持資安。投票是秘密不記名的，且不論是選舉委員會、董事會、或任何維基媒體基金會的員工擁有存取權限。選舉的加密金鑰是被一個獨立第三方所持有；一但加密金鑰啟動，選舉將被停止。部分投票者可被識別的個人資料（例如IP位址、使用者代理、以及其他⋯⋯

Voters submit votes using a Support/Neutral/Oppose system. The votes will be tallied and the candidates will be ranked by percentage of support, defined as the number of votes cast in support of the candidate divided by the total number of votes cast for the candidate ("neutral" preferences are not counted, so this is the sum of support and oppose votes). The candidates with the highest percentage of support will be recommended to the Board of Trustees for appointment.

From May 1, 2017 (00:00 UTC), members of the Wikimedia community will have the opportunity to vote in the Board of Trustees election for:

• Three members of the Board of Trustees to serve a three-year term which will expire in 2020. The Board of Trustees is the ultimate governing authority of the Wikimedia Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in the United States. The Wikimedia Foundation manages many diverse projects such as Wikipedia and Commons.

The election committee will announce the results on or before May 21 2017. Detailed results will be available.

基金传播委员会选举

From June 3, 2017 (00:00 UTC), members of the Wikimedia community will have the opportunity to vote in the Funds Dissemination Committee elections for:

• Five members of the Funds Dissemination Committee to serve a two–year term which will expire in 2019.

• One Funds Dissemination Committee Ombudsperson to serve a two-year term which will expire in 2019.

The election committee will announce the results on or before June 16, 2017. Detailed results will be available.

您可以用任何一个注册账号投票。无论您拥有多少维基账号，只能投票一次。相应的账号必须具备以下条件您才拥有投票资格：

开发者

开发者需要以下条件才具有投票资格：:

• 是擁有系統管理員的維基媒體伺服器管理員；

• 具有部署（commit）权限并且在2016年10月1日至2017年4月1日期间对 git 库对维基基金会使用的库进行过至少一次部署。

维基媒体基金会的职员和承包商

职员及承包商

在2013年4月30日仍被基金会雇佣的当前维基媒体基金会的职员及承包商具有投票资格。

维基媒体基金会地方自治体职员和承包商

現任維基媒體分會、專題組織或用戶組職員及承包商，只要其於2017年4月1日前受僱於所屬組織便有資格投票。

维基媒体基金会理事会、监事会和资金传播委员会成员

现任和历任维基媒体基金会理事会、监事会和资金传播委员会成员具有投票资格。
