Language Skills (EN): Does the candidate demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the English language?	If they do not demonstrate English fluency, this is an automatic disqualification (Minimum qualification). All Board business is conducted in English and Trustees must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Due to privacy and confidentiality reasons, the Foundation cannot support translation for written materials or meetings. The Foundation will, however, help support Trustees who would like to improve aspects of their English fluency, like their English pronunciation. More here.	Yes/No
Previous experience serving on a collective decision-making body, especially Boards or committees	Does their application include sufficient information about the history of their experience volunteering on decision-making bodies like committees or Boards. (Minimum qualification). This is specifically asked in the question: Please describe your experience with governing bodies of organizations (nonprofit or for-profit), mentioning the scope of your responsibilities, as well as the complexity of the organization (in terms of scale of operations, budget, number of people involved, or other meaningful measures) and the size of the board or body. Significant experience in Wikimedia (or equivalent) movement building and organizing	Do they have experience in the Wikimedia movement or a similar movement?
