Brief description of experiment: Helping casual editors integrate into the community: If we invite more new editors / casual contributors to online + offline events, introducing them to (more clearly defined) roles and show more appreciation for all kinds of participation. Then we can expect them to integrate better into our existing social environments and to become longtime contributors, ensuring a sustainable community base.
