Welcome to the Wikimedia Ghana User Group's Shared Community Resources page! As Ghana’s geographic affiliate, we are dedicated to supporting other Ghanaian mission-aligned communities by sharing resources which they may lack funding for.

Terms and conditions
[edit]- Applicants must submit a detailed description of their event, including the purpose, date, and expected number of participants, and type of space or set up needed.
- Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they have not received funds for training/workshop/meeting space from the WMF or any other grantmaker or donor and have a need for free space.
- If your event is funded by a Wikimedia grant, please provide the link to your grant page in your application.
- Users are required to adhere to established policies and guidelines to ensure the proper use and maintenance of the facility.
Application process
[edit]- Interested groups should make their requests on the Talk Page of this Meta page.
- Include the following information in your request:
- Name of your group or project.
- Link to your grant page (if applicable).
- Purpose of the event.
- Date
- Time and Duration
- Facilities needed
- Send an email to community@wmgh.org to confirm your request
- Applications will be reviewed within 5 working days.
